Valanor is a technology and engineering company focused on software development, data engineering and artificial intelligence. Our headquarters are in Belgrade, Serbia, with an additional office in Stuttgart, Germany.
We develop new applications, data platforms and AI systems, and improve existing technology. We value sound architecture, well-reasoned technical decisions and systems that work in production.

Our projects start with a real requirement: a new business application, a reliable data pipeline, an AI-powered feature or a platform that needs to change.
We treat software, data, models, interfaces and operational requirements as one engineering problem. That calls for people who can weigh trade-offs, explain their decisions and take responsibility for implementation.
